I don't see any reason to put effort into a server that cannot be saved at this point, apologies to all that have faith in me but...I can see the writing on the wall (it says Tekka). I wish those who try to salvage SRP all the best.

on a serious note, i resigned because i disagreed with something that happened within the admin team and of course me being upset in real life doubled me resigning like by ten fold.
like always, sometimes we get into little spats but it's healthy that we do -- i think my resignation kicked some stuff into place so i guess im a martyr(may i have some wawa), but not really? because im back?

anyway, i apologize for breaking some of your hearts, and for some of you, disappointing you that i have came back to reclaim my green name.

needless to say there's going to be some stuff with the cca soon that me and sym have been cooking up.

hey guys, surprisingly im still alive (i know)

in regards to my absence, i've recently gotten a job and they're supplying me full-time hours as a part-time worker, but i don't mind and onto the fact that i have just been utterly disinterested in tnb as a whole

nothing was more tiring than dealing with daily politics about who said what about who and this that and the other, it's just really draining

i'm not one for sappy 'bye-bye' posts, but i've had enough 'tnb' to last a while, so i'm gonna pce out and leave the green behind for someone more interested and invested than i am, it's not fair that i sit in a spot and not pour in an ounce of work and remain in the position i'm in

im taking a break for a while; dont message me regarding tnb stuff. between generally losing motivation, drowning in school work due to recent class time changes and having far more fun playing games and talking to people, i dont think the stress and annoyance is worth it right now.

i blame muscle memory and passion but im still gonna slow down and try to stay out of shitfests for a while because holy SHIT that is draining

This has probably been a long time coming, as even though I was never a massively active administrator, I've been getting even less and less so lately. I've been here for a while for quite a few years now in my position, and it's not an easy thing to do by any means. I've gotten my fair share of good and bad times out of it, and I've been privy to some decent scandals as any true corrupt cromblene should be, but it's time for me to take a considerable step back when it comes to the direction of HL2 and pass the role on to someone else. I'll also of course be working to shed off the title of SeC to someone else as soon as possible. So with that being said -

Myself and gang will be taking (more like I will actually just be joining gang...) care of TnB in a purely technical managerial fashion, and will not be concerning ourselves or getting involved in the lore or direction of TnB roleplaying servers, we will be leaving that to administration teams and those chosen to lead particular settings. (Such as Tekka, HL2, etc.) In the main, myself and Gang will be here to make sure no shitters get control of anything they shouldn't, and people that need to stay banned, stay banned.

After speaking with Dave and Gang, there's really only one person all three of us trusted to take on this title for now, though it doesn't bar others from joining him in the future, so -

I'm excited to see what may or may not change, and whether or not I was truly holding HL2 back, and although I really wish I did have the motivation to continue to lead HL2, I'm just honestly really tired.

I haven't been interested in RPing lately hence my week absence from the server. Not going to make a LOA as I am still active in admin discussions and, if circumstances allow, I can get on and administrate if you ask me on SF. Just a heads up for you all.

It's never easy to part ways with an admin. Your conduct and lack of cooperation with the majority of the team as well as the community itself has been something you were warned about before. Being that I haven't seen any improvement and the complaints still stack against you, I have to do something about it. I've given more than enough chances, benefit of the doubt and turned a blind eye because I respect what you're capable of but it has slowly stopped outweighing the negative baggage you come with.

If people aren't comfortable working with you and you won't make efforts to improve your relationships, if you harass or abuse players and admins we can't keep you on the team. There have been multiple allegations against you using your administrative powers to better yourself and your friends and it's hard to ignore all of them. You're aggressive and uncooperative to many people here. It takes a lot for me to have to do this. You've given me no other option when we've spoken privately a few times already about how you treat others.

I know you'll probably see this as a secret cabal move but honestly I hope you wake up and old Jules comes back because he was a great storyteller and cared about the community; now it feels like you're a parody and I can't keep coming up with excuses to keep you in the face of all the problems you cause. Annoyingly, I've given you more chances than anyone else would have. Please take all this into consideration.

I'm laying out as much as I can without breaking people's confidence because the community deserves transparency when this kinda thing happens. It's not easy for anyone involved.
 
I'm going on E-LOA.

I've not lost interest in the server or my characters -- the reason for my E-LOA is entirely personal and given the nature of the problems I'm facing, I'm not comfortable with going on the server whilst these are ongoing as it could affect my judgement as an administrator.

I'll be back when my personal issues have been resolved. Have fun in my absence and enjoy the summer holidays, guys. Bye for now.
