If I had to pick between NA's Rebels and TC for who was more competent I'd go with NA's Rebels tbh.

Everytime I hear about last iteration's TC I feel fear.

We only killed 3 bunkers full of civilians. A rad fucking time. Also we kept 4 squads easy and only had 1 time. Only 1 time, when it all went to shit.
Those hlna times we probably caused 100s of judgement waivers that got more people killed then TC.
