So this isn't really much of a problem but in the interest of clarifying our own stance on this I just wanted to get this out there. Obviously TnB doesn't care about whether or not you play on other servers, for us the issue is when a player occupies a position of authority such as a faction head/admin and uses that weight in order to either poach players entirely or just attempt to draw them away from the community. Unfortunately as we've had instances of that in the past and now more recently we need to clarify that if someone is occupying a position in this community that grants them a voice and gives them responsibility within the community itself, we will have to remove you from the position. It is unreasonable for someone to think they can devote themselves to their position while actively attempting to get people to play elsewhere. That's just our policy.
There is a certain group that is being particularly sneaky in their attempt to siphon players from this community, and as they do this while using our own community created content, such as guides/server content it has become more apparent that this does need to be addressed so the community in general know where we stand on it.
