It's fine to use/improve old ideas from an older char, everyone kinda does that. Carbon-copies are just kinda meh IMO. If you played a lot of chars and only have fun playing a certain type then just go for it, aint no one stopping you.

I really hope that C45 is just the city's numbers cus the city45 map sucks.
